Anita Hall, our chairman, founded the SURVIS Group with her husband Art in 1991.  Applying her gift of leadership with an uncompromising attention to detail, she has been a driving force behind the SURVIS Group’s growth from a home-based business 16 years ago to one of the largest recruiting firms in America.  In addition to her duties as chairman, Anita is very active in a number of philanthropic ventures all across the country.

Art Hall, our CEO, founded the SURVIS Group with his wife Anita in 1991.  His passion for delivering unexpected results for clients is the foundation upon which the SURVIS Group was built and can be seen if every aspect of our corporate culture.  Art leverages his entrepreneurial spirit in a number of ventures across America but remains intensely focused on helping the SURVIS Group achieve even more results for its clients.

Gary Epp, our President, combines the unique ability to think at 30,000 feet and still implement on the ground.  He has served as a senior executive in charge of a multi-billion dollar division responsible for IT, global strategic planning, and streamlining manufacturing processes.

Mr. Epp leverages his strategic planning and manufacturing experience to not only paint a vision for the SURVIS Group team, but also ensure the systems and processes are in place to make that vision a reality for our clients.  He is the co-creator of the NextLevel Leadership (SM) program which helps leaders achieve greater results personally and professionally.
