Selection Process

At all levels, The SURVIS Group’s personnel have a shared vision: to provide clients with the best available talent for every engagement. Our staff is trained to ask questions regarding the applicant’s work history and previous successes prior to inviting the applicant to interview. Every applicant must complete an extensive evaluation before he or she is invited to work with one of our clients. The process is designed to make detailed, objective assessments of the applicant in the following key areas:

  • Behavioral interviews

These techniques ensure that we have an accurate profile of the candidate. Recruiters are trained in these techniques, thus allowing the recruiter to establish a predictor of future on-the-job behavior by encouraging the applicant to relate how he or she has reacted to past situations.

Technical Interviews

Part of our relationship with our clients includes partnering with them to determine the skills that require a certain level of mastery needed to be successful on the project, and either conduct a technical interview or skills assessment through testing.
